Katya is a cinematographer, camera operator, and video editor with a strong passion for visual storytelling. She has worked on major international events like the Olympic Games and created short documentaries for the United Nations before shifting her focus to cinema.
Based in Paris, Katya collaborates on a wide range of projects, including Paris Fashion Week, backstage coverage, music videos, and commercials. Her work stands out for its blend of cinematic and fashion aesthetics, as she often experiments with the rich textures of analog formats (Super 8mm, miniDV). She also works as a 2/3 AC on larger film productions assisting with Arri, Red and Sony Venice cameras.
